Together, we choose the photographs you cannot stop looking at and design the way they will live beyond the day. Your favorites can become handcrafted albums, reveal boxes, wall art, or a custom collection created entirely for you.
While you take a break, we begin curating and editing your photographs. Later that day, you return for a private cinematic premiere and see yourself through our lens for the very first time.
You are guided through every movement, expression, and tiny adjustment, so there is never any pressure to know what to do. Expect music, laughter, encouragement, and enough space to settle in, let go, and actually enjoy yourself.
We start with a private call to talk through what brought you here, what you are excited about, what feels intimidating, and how you want the photographs to feel. From there, we shape the creative direction, wardrobe, and details around you.

WHAT DO I WIN?
If selected, you will receive the full Risqué Session experience, normally valued at $800, along with a $300 credit toward the artwork you fall in love with.
Your experience includes guided posing, your photographic session, same-day editing, and a private Reveal + Design experience.
Professional hair and makeup are not included, but may be added to your session.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY WIN?
If selected, your session must be fully reserved within seven days of submitting your application.
This includes choosing your session date, signing your agreement, and submitting the $250 booking fee. Because availability is limited, opportunities that are not reserved within that window may be released to another applicant.
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
Yes. A $250 booking fee is required to reserve your session date.
That fee becomes a $300 credit toward any artwork you choose at your Reveal + Design experience.
I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. IS THAT NORMAL?
Completely. Most of our clients arrive excited, nervous, and unsure of what to expect. You do not need any experience in front of a camera. The entire day is designed to help you settle in, let go, and actually enjoy yourself.
DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO POSE?
Not even a little.
You do not need modeling experience, flexibility, or confidence before you arrive. We guide you through every pose, expression, and movement while making adjustments based on your body and comfort level.
Your only job is to show up.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? DO I NEED TO BUY LINGERIE?
There are no rules here, and expensive lingerie is definitely not required. You can bring lingerie, bodysuits, an oversized shirt, a tailored jacket, a favorite dress, meaningful jewelry, sheets, or anything else that feels like you. We will help you shape the wardrobe, mood, and creative direction before the session so you never have to figure it out alone.
DO YOU OFFER PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKEUP?
Professional hair and makeup is optional and can be added to your day. We work with trusted artists who know how to create an elevated look while still making sure you recognize yourself. You are also completely welcome to arrive with your own hair and makeup done.
WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE THE SESSION?
We begin with a private Discovery Call to learn more about you, what brought you here, how you want the photographs to feel, and anything making you nervous. Before your session, you will also connect with Jacklyn for an Excitement Call to talk through wardrobe, styling, creative direction, and the overall energy you want to bring into the day.
WHAT IS THE SESSION ITSELF ACTUALLY LIKE?
It is guided, collaborative, playful, and far more relaxed than most people imagine. There is music, conversation, laughter, plenty of encouragement, and room to ease into everything at your own pace. You will be directed throughout, but never forced into anything that does not feel right. Most clients are surprised by how quickly the nerves disappear.
HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN TO BE AT THE STUDIO?
The photographic portion of the day is usually around two hours, but the full Risqué experience takes most of the day. After the session, you will take a break while we begin preparing your photographs. You will return later for your private Reveal + Design Session, so we recommend keeping the day open and allowing yourself to enjoy everything without rushing.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
The very same day. You will return to the studio for a private, cinematic gallery premiere where you see your photographs for the first time.
The images shown at your reveal are carefully curated and edited, but they have not yet received their detailed final retouching. Every photograph you select for print is then refined by hand and reviewed with you during a private Zoom proofing appointment before your artwork goes into production.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE REVEAL + DESIGN SESSION?
First, you will see your photographs through a private cinematic premiere. Then we move through them together, helping you choose the images that feel most meaningful and deciding how you want them to live in your life.
You will be able to explore fine-art albums, reveal boxes, wall art, acrylic pieces, and custom combinations. Selections made during the Reveal + Design Session are final, but you will never be rushed or left to navigate the process alone.
WHAT ARTWORK IS AVAILABLE?
Your photographs can become:
Handcrafted fine-art albums
Reveal boxes with mounted photographs and a display frame
Museum-quality wall art
Acrylic pieces
Custom combinations designed around the photographs you love most
Every piece is designed with you during the Reveal + Design Session and created to feel as personal as the photographs themselves.
WHAT IS THE ARTWORK INVESTMENT?
Any artwork you choose beyond your $300 credit is purchased à la carte, so the investment is entirely your own.
The more we understand what you love and how you want to experience your photographs, the better we can guide you toward artwork that fits beautifully into your life.
Most clients invest between $3,500 and $25,000 in custom albums, reveal boxes, wall art, and other finished pieces, with some choosing less and others creating more extensive collections.
There is no obligation to purchase artwork, but fair warning: you are probably going to want to.
WHY IS THE ARTWORK PURCHASED SEPARATELY?
No two clients fall in love with the same number of photographs or want to preserve them in the same way. Some choose an intimate album. Others create a wall collection, reveal box, or combination of pieces.
Keeping the artwork separate allows you to decide what truly belongs in your story after you have seen what we created together.
DO I NEED TO DECIDE WHAT I WANT BEFORE MY SESSION?
No. You do not choose your final photographs or artwork until the Reveal + Design Session. We will talk openly about the investment beforehand so you arrive informed, but the actual decisions happen once you have seen the photographs.
WHAT IF I LOVE MORE PHOTOGRAPHS THAN I EXPECTED?
That happens all the time. Many clients arrive convinced they will only like a few photographs, then find themselves connecting with far more than they imagined. We will help you explore your options, narrow things down where needed, and create a collection that reflects what you love and how you want the photographs to live in your life.
CAN I PURCHASE ONLY DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS?
You can purchase individual high-resolution files, but this is rare. These files receive editing only and do not include the detailed retouching reserved for photographs selected for print.
Most clients come to us for finished artwork and the full refinement process that goes with it. Once your artwork is approved, we gift you a lower-resolution Social Media File of every photograph included in print, so you can enjoy and share them digitally without having to experience the final work only on a computer.
HOW ARE THE PHOTOGRAPHS RETOUCHED?
Retouching is never one-size-fits-all. We are master retouchers as much as we are master photographers, and we talk through exactly how you want to be seen before any final work begins.
Some clients arrive wanting every perceived “imperfection” removed, then fall in love with the very details that make them unmistakably themselves. Others prefer a more refined finish. Most land somewhere in between.
Every photograph selected for print is retouched by hand according to your preferences and reviewed with you before it goes into production.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Yes. Clients may pay in full, use Affirm financing if approved, choose an in-house payment schedule, or use a combination.
Affirm may offer qualified applicants up to 24 months of interest-free payments. Once approved through Affirm, the order is considered paid in full and can move forward immediately.
HOW DO IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLANS WORK?
With an in-house payment schedule:
Retouching begins once 50% has been paid.
Proofing and design review begin once 75% has been paid.
Artwork goes into production after approval and full payment.
Pickup or insured delivery is arranged once the artwork is complete.
We will walk you through the timeline before you make any decisions.
ARE MY PHOTOGRAPHS KEPT PRIVATE?
Your photographs are never shared publicly without your written permission. You will be able to choose the level of privacy that feels right for you, including complete privacy, anonymous or faceless sharing, or full permission to share.
The choice belongs to you.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
The session is intentionally private and focused on you, so guests are considered individually. Tell us what would help you feel most comfortable during your Discovery Call, and we can talk through the best approach together.
DO I NEED A SPECIAL REASON TO BOOK?
Not at all. You may be celebrating a milestone, entering a new chapter, reconnecting with yourself, creating something for a partner, or simply doing something because it sounds exciting.
Wanting the experience is reason enough.

CAN MY RISQUÉ SESSION TAKE PLACE SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE STUDIO?
Absolutely. While most Risqué Sessions are created in our private Greenwich studio, we can also photograph you at home, in a favorite hotel, somewhere personally meaningful, or at a destination that fits the story you want to tell.
Location sessions are custom-designed and may include additional travel, permitting, lodging, or venue fees. We will talk through the possibilities during your Discovery Call and help shape the right setting around your vision.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I INQUIRE?
A member of our team will reach out personally to learn more about you and schedule a Discovery Call. The call gives us space to answer your questions, talk honestly about the experience and investment, and make sure JAGstudios feels like the right fit before you reserve anything.
