Stephanie and Pete’s cosmic wedding theme was uniquely theirs. The reception was held at The Connecticut Science Center to celebrate their love for play and passion for science. Their color palette was inspired by the nebula of deep purples, navy, and a bit of pink. And there was a ton of constellations and stars, too, especially in their shoes. The cosmic theme was carried through the front lobby of the science center, transforming it into a space wonderland, while constellations were projected onto the 146-foot-high wall in the main entrance. Together with the astronaut ice cream favors, the frozen yogurt and cupcake dessert display, this was, in fact, the most fun experience their guests have ever had at a wedding!

I had a winter wedding, however at that time of the year the days are short so this wedding is embracing nighttime… constellations, stars, and twinkling in abundance. Pete and I met at our SciFi book club, so as you can imagine we are the coolest, and so are our friends. We chose to have the reception at the science center to give our guests the most authentic and fun Pete and Steph experience.”
