Ilina + Kristin | Wedding | Museum of Photography | Part II

01/19/2011

So Ilina and Kristin’s post definitely turned out to be a much longer part 2 then we expected.  If you’ve missed part 1 you can check it out here.  If you haven’t seen their engagement shoot either, you might want to check it out here that way you can see how we’ve come to this point.  Kristin’s Aunt married them outside the Griffin Museum of Photography in the sweetest ceremony filled with laughter and tears, and ending in a sea of bubbles.   We enjoyed the most delicious food, even my most favorite –  fried squash flowers (yum!) – from East Meets West in Boston, MA.  They had the greatest details too, mostly created from artists on Etsy!  Everything was so interactive for their guests…  they could fan themselves with the programs to keep cool outside, blow bubbles for the cermony, “leaf” a thumbprint for their guestbook, even the seating chart was so creative…  tags with hints of each guest were tacked to the location they were from on a huge map!   And that wasn’t all…  their friends even did the entire Jai Ho dance from Slumdog Millionaire before breaking into home-made pies for desert, which could only be eaten by the brides with their perfect “bride” pie-eating forks… you’ll see…

Thank you Ilina and Kristin for sharing your friends and family with us… and most importantly… for having us there to create these images of your love.
